REGISTRATION
Everyone and anyone is welcome to our TORONTO EGG FEST, but you MUST register to attend this event. Space is
limited so don't delay. Every person who is registered will be emailed a ticket for the Festival. You must bring
your ticket with you to gain entrance to the Festival. It may take a couple of days for your ticket to be emailed to
you. On the day of the Festival every guest and every cook
will receive a Goodie Bag (except children under 12). It will be filled with great items with a total value of over
$45 dollars. The most sought after item of all will be the souvenir T-shirt. Please remember to specify your shirt
size when you register. If you require additional shirts you do have that option on the registration form. Please
note that the location for our Festival does hold a Liquor Licence. Anyone consuming outside Liquor could jeopardize their
Licence. They will be enforcing a zero tolerance for Outside Alcohol. So lets all have a great time and leave
your booze at home. Festival opens at 10:00am and closes at 4:00pm.

Your admission is $50 CAD/person. Children are welcome to our festival, but please exercise adult supervision.
Children under 12 are $1 CAD. The Festival opens at 10:00am and ends at 4:00pm. The event will be on the shores
of Lake Ontario, so weather can change quite quickly. You should come prepared for all types of weather. Other
than that, just bring your appetite!
CHEF: Most of
the above information also applies to you , but with a few EGGceptions. Your admission fee is $1 CAD/person. You can only register two cooks
per egg. The doors open to you starting at 8:00am and you will have vehicle access until 9:30am. You must remain until
5:00pm, then vehicle entry will again open. This will be your day to showcase your specialty. This will be the
day to make the rumors of your skills become legend! We will be emailing all cooks two
weeks prior, to let you know how many people we are expecting. We ask that you bring everything you need and conduct
your sample station in a manor meeting Health Department Regulations. We will supply ice for coolers and a wash station
at every sample station. It is our goal to make sure that every registration has an Egg to cook on. However, units
are limited, so we will book chefs in the order as we receive registrations. Besides food, here are some other items
you should bring:gloves for food handling, utensils, thermometer, tablecloths, paper plates, paper towels, napkins, toothpicks,
foil, plastic forks, coolers, pop-up tents and a chair for yourself and co-chef. Every Egg will have a nest, ash tool,
grill gripper, charcoal, starter sticks and plate setter. The better prepared you are, the more fun you're gonna have!
